**Unless there is an agreement to share the fee with the agency holding the sales mandate. If the fee is shared, bitcoinimmo’s remuneration cannot be lower than the table above. In this case, our client who signs the search mandate will have to pay the difference.
Negotiation Booster: To align our interests, we receive 10% of the negotiated price reduction.
Example: If we negotiate a €20,000 reduction on the property price, we receive €2,000.
